RE:looking like good news could be a coming…I agree, fuzzy, but as always, if a stock has been stalled for a long time and then moves just before news is released, then it would certainly look like somebody talked.
For a leak to occur from a company that has been so secretive for so long would be a slap in the face to long term shareholders.
Nevertheless, news is due, if for no other reason than the passage of time makes it more likely.
I'd love to see news of a deal, a good deal, instead of news of a financing, but there may be some quiet obligations to do a financing to satisfy friends of the family who have been very helpful. If there is much more upward pressure then they may have to do a financing right away in order to get it done in a happy manner.
Sell in May and go away, back again after Labour Day.
