RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Forcing Bioasis to AnswerAbout the warrants that you say I don't want to talk about, poof, maybe I missed something but why would anybody exercise a warrant at a price any higher than 4.5¢? Or 3.3¢ if you consider the MTP share price?

Those warrants range in exercise price from 20¢ to 67¢. Would you explain to the warrant holders why they should exercise them when they're 20,000 leagues under water, please?

Now, I know, people have told me, that Bioasis is saying that the TSXV won't let Bioasis reprice the warrants. Out of concern for the warrant holders, and the goodness of their hearts, apparently Bioasis petitioned the TSXV on the matter and the exchange turned them down.

So Biioasis is telling people that maybe after the deal is done that Midatech/Biodexa will reissue the warrants as Biodexa warrants at better prices. No guarantees, mind you, which means that there is no deal to do that.

So I have a simple question. Why would Midatech, LT and The Placee, people who show every instinct to humiliate Bioasis shareholders with this deal, why would they be interested in doing anything for former shareholders after they've already beaten them into capitulation?

Why would any shareholder believe that Rathjen and Saltarelli will have any pull with Biodexa, or would even petition Biodexa once they're in the Biodexa fold and, themselves, are completely vulnerable to being tossed overboard by the big winners?

Would Biodexa even be able to do that if they wanted to?

It's not what the winners might do for the losers down the road. It's how to prevent yourself from losing in the first place.

So much for Bioasis taking over Midatech, as poof opined.
