I don't take comfort in this at all. DR & BOD didn't do their jobs- they have screwed us out of our investment in BTI -DR & BOD will profit from this deal, no doubt. it is a slap in the face to those of us that carried the company & kept it going all of these years.This deal is absurd & either way there are many of us that will lose a significant amount- if not most of- our investment.So either way we lose.DR & BOD gain from our loss by ignoring their fiduciary responsibilities since 2019? Call me petty-I don't care-- I'm still a NO vote.
