Here's a question for you. Why did Ladenburg Thalmann spend over a year setting this deal up? It took massive work with two companies and The Placee to get this done. The agreements are many tens of thousands of words long. Why did they do it?

Would they have done it, and would Boyd have done, unless they saw a substantial win for themselves. Don't bother saying acquiring control over two failing companies is a win. They saw something beyond failures. What was it?

Do you think that LT and The Placee have or had any respect for Rathjen?
