Moving forward without Medatech

Moving forward without MedatechThinking that we've bought some time for the following: we should get our "hard costs of $250K back for all those expenses we incurred for the "book" outlining the Midatech deal.

2. We have time now to get our own deal with the high price "extortion deal" with L@T with the partners that we have already worked with...but...it still will beg the question...what will our IP and other work in progress do to help people and make for a licensing agreement and an eventual buy out. The one dollar per share price now would be oversubscribed on a tender offer now for $.25 and we'll all be happy campers.....cost basis has got to really be low now for most people.
