RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Perhaps the greatest piece of investment wisdom ever...

You wish I was lying TT, but I have the relevant text messages and emails from him from those days, including about the Maserati being pulled up onto a truck and hauled away. He got a wee bit out over skiis and with the BCSC ban, he was in a pretty low point in his life.

Despite being banned for fraud by the BCSC, he shamelessly stood up in front of about 30 Bioasis shareholders in April 2019 at a Calgary Dog & Pony Show and proposed doing a $2.1 million Bioasis financing, "in the context of the market". That was a term he liked, signalling that a financing could be done at a 25% discount to the market. I doubt he had the money but he had a couple of rich guys with him, one of them a longtime SH poster who never disclosed that he has received compensation for posting here about Bioasis.

There was no interest in dealing with that bunch. The BCSC ban for fraud was pretty scary.

The BCSC ban for fraud is a matter of public record, TT. The details are available for all to see. The BCSC issued two finding documents about it and two press releases, one set describing their investgations and findings and the other describing the punishment. It's all there. Impossible to lie about it.

So, how did he get away with making the financing pitch in 2019? How did he get away with posting stuff on Stockhouse that the BCSC banned from from doing?

He wasn't much of a supporter of Dan Carlson of Tailwinds Research Group in those days because  he would consider Carlson to be the competition. But then, he's kind of unprincipled (fraud. duh!) and would consider the enemy of his enemy to be his friend, so now, of course he loves Dan Carlson of Tailwinds Research Group.

Next up, who the other guy was. I will not reveal their SH aliases because that's not allowed. But many readers here have always known their real names. And they acted publicly, one of them receiving options from Bioasis without disclosing it in his posts here. So their names are a matter of record in various places and they also acted in public venues.

This story should be told.
