Does Bioasis have a responsibility to update Shareholders?

As we sit here twiddling our thumbs we should wonder if our Team is also twiddling!,,,,Should we be getting an update weekly from Bioasis,,,or do we wait on the sidelines until the last hour when there is news of sort?,,,Why not update shareholders so that this critical period in Bioasis's history is made transparent to all??,,,

Shareholders need time to respond as much as the Team does!

What is the BoDs doing??,,Are they involved?,,Our CEO being also the chair controls this board,,,,Are they allowed to be involved or actually have they participated in any sense? Do they have the talent to offer Bioasis what it needs now??,,,,,What location is our CEO operating from? Toronto/Vancouver/New York/London/Sydney..???..Where?? 

Are we making headway with any of our issues? When should we expect an update?,,,Why all the secrecy?,,,,The news wire is dormant!!

The company is presumably in intense multi-party negotiations towards some kind of resolution. Forcing it to cough up information in this time period to those it is negotiating against could be like handcuffing it. Negotiations can be difficult to fully understand in the best of times given the posturing until a deal is signed. Potentially without a data package for its lead xB3 program as Hunter

Goodness gracious! Intense negotiations, poof!. Imagine! My hat...! Do you mean the intense negotiations they should have been doing for the last year and a half but didn't because they were setting up a deal that would destroy 75% of Bioasis's market cap? That kind of negotiation? Fantastic! If they announce another deal before the end of March, one that pays the bills for a quarter
