BonTerraResources Inc. has commenced a phase one exploration program on the100-per-cent-owned Lavoie North American exploration property near theWindfall Lake property of Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. Locatedapproximately 170 kilometres northeast of Val d'Or, and 125 km ofChibougamau in the Urban township in James Bay, Que. The northernAbitibi mineralized belt is a region well known for its gold and copperproduction, and excellent infrastructure for exploration and mining.These claims have shown a high favourability for orogenic golddeposits, according to the 2006 assessment of the Abitibi region byLamonthe and Harris.
