correct me if I'm wronggentlemen but isn't KL a potential buyer of Bonterra?  If so Delbrook capital just tweeted the following...fingers crossed.

opening a short on Great performer YTD. Expensive now at >9x CF, ~3% FCF yield and well-below avg. corp. governance. M&A will be their next move.
