RE:Noone noticed It's been renewed previously but, hey, it is for abuses outside the USA and is used to impose sanctions, etc., on individuals considered to be exercising abuses...it is not a national emergency order for internal or domestic USA violations. Trump is 'dead in the water.' He has to be, as my beard is starting to itch and my hair is getting way too long for me to keep them going beyond Jan 21st.
