RE:RE:RE:RE:Now these are drilll results. Iluv,

Actually, Lundin has been in involved with local communities quite a bit in an around the Fruita Del Norte mine. The only issue I'm aware of was a couple years ago when a bridge collapsed in a local community. A small group set up a blockade protesting the collapse. Lundin built a new bridge for 3 million and no other issue have popped up since.

If anti locals are the power then the locals must be happy with the mine. It has been operating for over 3 years and this was the only incident. Some mining companies management teams are better than others (i.e Pascal, Gibson).

Many here also said the same thing about Mongolia when I brought up Entree 5 years ago. Yet I'm up 150% on that investment (and looking for more) while BTR has lost over 90% of it's value in the same timeframe while being in one of the safest mining jurisdictions. Your point is what exactly?

It just goes to show big high grade deposits are rare and if you treat the locals fairly mines can be very successful even in so called anti-mining jurisdictions. Now that can change, but the same goes true that friendly mining jurisdictions can also change their views on mining by implementing stricter permitting and environmental regulations. If the world is going to convert to all electric/green energy a lot of mines are going to need to be built. Especially copper mines. Even current anti-mining countries are going to have to open up their countries to mining and work with mining companies and local communities so all can prosper. As investors it's our job to find the good ones.

If you prefer you can keep you eyes wide shut and narrowly focused. I prefer keep as many prospects open and available.
