Fruit is confounded on the ceo.ca thread

Fruit is confounded on the ceo.ca thread
...tears in my eyes !!  Fruit is confounded and perplexed about a management decision of pascal's two years ago !!  ..and fruit is shareless !! ...hahaha...you can't make this stuff up !!  ..If that does not demonstrate his motives ? .. Anyway, fruits concerns on ceo.ca are that why would Pascal not put a low ball offer to a vote. This clearly lends itself to Fruit being very inexperienced at business and/or the stock market, or he has a bigger corporate plan, or he is just unfortunatlyl stupid.  So for this Sunday afternoon I will just use my choice of "he's stupid". Hope that works today. So to be clear, not unlike a board game, we have rules. Understanding the rules dictate who wins and who could lose. So in simple terms and an example should Pascal have presented the offer and at that time insiders were at I believe around 30% ownership, Osisko who is thought (known) to be the opportunitic author of the bid had at that time just under 10% of the float. Once the offer was presented the stock would have went to at least $1.30 to $1.60 ..and for days The opportunist bid could gather as many shares as they wanted, over the 20% max because they were the buyer, the intended new owner. This would have then placed them in a position fo take out the entire company at a discount, half price so to speak. So this should explain just why no vote. If I should up at your house with 5 friends of mine telling you to sell your house at half price, my buddies giving you offers of what you thought was half price, what would you say !! ..oh, i know, lots of choice words. So while there could be many reasons, we know how Malartic got sold in an opportunistic fashion, maybe BTR did not want to open that door. So many wolves at the door, so few hens.  Now ? ..we are producing soon and if someone wants to date us ? buy the ring. Don't try to hike the skirt up too early boyz. Urban Barry is a BEAST ..fair value and its game on.
