RE:goldpan if you can have Stupid, I suggest you look at the last several financial reports. You know those reports you keep ignoring that tell the actual story of the company.  You'll see a line item called Equity Shareholder deficit. It's easy to spot. It a reall big number and thet number in between brackets (). 

As for Osisko, it's one of the reasons it's share price is low also. However Osisko stands a lot better chance to make that up because they will generate a profit from their operation. BTR I'm not so sure. Not to mention some of that shareholder equity was used to drill and prove up ounces for Moroy and Moss. Which makes things worse because these deposits are now history Or at least until the POG hit a much higher price to revisit Moroy. It's basically a poor use of equity shareholder money.
