For me I always understood the value of a "grand fathered in" mill and tailings pond, this asset to duplicate today is an amount of money that you can see OSK bugeted for a few months back. THE AMOUNT IS A STAGGARING NEAR BILLION DOLLARS. So Goldfields is buying OSK and soon BTR assets at garage sale prices. That is why neither company is going to do an all out sell. They will be doing themselves a disservice, selling at a value that does not represent the facts. What Urban Barry has now is all the components to instant profit and cashflow, the heart and blood of every successful companies.
