Throwing darts is a good analogy though as in a game of darts, you examine the landscape.
I specifically look at my distance, I examine the sharpness of the tool, what speed will I employ so on is the place well lit, are the darts soft or steel-tipped and so forth.
I see this term thrown around often. Few know how to play darts. Even fewer know a good game when they see it.
I see BTR as hitting three double-bulls in one throw

Before you buy BTR you look at costs revenues all in sustaining costs land packages money in the bank market cap management experience financial backers institutional holdings and so much more.
The dart analogy is not nearly as complicated as due diligence. You need to be diligent.
In the end, both require a level of examination.

I have looked at the "darts" I have thrown at BTR, and determined we have a Cork- that is translated  bullseye.
