This definitely ties up with the news release on 01 May, 2018 where the delay was put down to ‘multiple investments into companies like BetterU’. We have come this far - let’s hope they can push this across the line ASAP.

BTRU has put a lot of effort into this PP for 100 Million U.S. It is with a new entity and it is a lot of funds. The management can not trade still. So we wait still. Seems that there are buyers out there left for those that want to sell. It appears for now that BTRU is still gearing up for this massive cash infussion at $3.00 U.S. per share. I will stay put.

Sorry, but that doesn't seem to be the same company, Tiantu (Tian Tu) is the name of the company in the Bloomberg link, it was founded in April 2002 and is based in Shenzhen, China with additional offices in Beijing, China and Shanghai, China. TU Capital is supposed to be a new company based in Hong Kong if I recall correctly...
