There is the posability that the driller has not been paid
yet as he may not be ready to moblize to this date , or there
is a date that the payment is to be forwarded & that date hase not arrived.
Nothing is ever don in this industry without agreements in place.
The players are not known to be slopy or otherwise. Let's just
post stuff that is wright.
