my feeling..... tells me MICHIGAN will approve today.
"Following meetings in the past week with representatives of Michigan's Department of Natural Resources, Bitterroot's management expects that the State of Michigan's revised Metallic Minerals Lease document will be approved and implemented in the second week of November. This will result in the issuance of additional minerals leases to Bitterroot's Michigan subsidiary. Drill-testing of these additional minerals leases is expected to occur throughout December."
