RE: MICHIGAN says YES to uranuim

RE: MICHIGAN says YES to uranuimI can confirm that his has been recommended by several top newsletters, but I, like everyone else, are restriced by our subscription agreements and cannot say who, when and why. Because of this I would NOT make any buying decisions on statements that are inherently unconfirmable (yes even my own, I am not stating this to tout the stock just to clear up previous posings by others). Besides there is an entire back story and ongoing risk assessment analysis that cannot be communicated by a casual "so and so likes the stock". Buying or selling solely on that kind of statement probably gives you worse odds than the local casino. Not only is this information owned by the newsletter, but additionally, I pay many thousands of dollars per year for the information and if I and other subscribers posted it, it would damage the value of the subscription for others who are still waiting to allocate capital to the stock. Generally unless, such as now, the topic comes up, or the newsletter (such as Bishop) is publicly posted I do not even mention these subscriptions. If there is information that through my own research I am able to find, that extends beyond the newsletter write up, I do not have any problem sharing that, and so that is what I restrict my comments to on the boards. You are correct in saying that many newsletters have an "Alert" or "Confidential" or "Special Bulletin" service for a premium fee, many times limited to a certain number of subscribers. Because of this if you subscribe to one of the other levels of service you may not recieve the recommend - and the confusion that can cause is another good reason not to post copyrighted/privelaged information on the boards. I do like the stock, I do own the stock, I have spoken and had email contact with management and I like what I hear. But everyone should do their own DD of course, and base their allocation of capital on things that they can confirm and quantify. Sorry to go on so long, it's just that I see this over and over, sometimes true, sometimes not and just wanted to respond once:)
