You hit the nail on the head Jesus !

Considering how much Americans are sue-hungry ppl, I think they just trying to get a share of it as “compensation” –

As the famous saying from one of the movies goes – Every person has a price, the question is how much is it”

 

There is a huge difference between the Dictionary definition and technical definition of Refinery – especially when it comes to Gas Compression.

I am pretty sure this grid lock will be overcome by Bridge -  Have patience, good times ahead.
