RE:why did CEO Clark resign ?

RE:why did CEO Clark resign ?He resigned or was fired because they didn't hit any big results in the drilling done.  We all expected that this could be a district size play but the results were not great.

Basically, the company is in re-set mode.  They still have hard cash on hand and a listing.  My guess is that they are looking for another project.  Unless gold prices sky rocket in the next few months, likely they will shift focus to ESG metals given they can issue super flow through shares now in Canada to fund the drill program.

Plethora is the controlling shareholder and they invest in both gold plays and ESG metal plays.  They know what they are doing so lets see what happens in 2023.
