Maybe chuckee made a deal with medmen??

Adam from Medmen US has been looking for a canadian CPC to take public, this would be very good!!  We just have to WAIT...

MedMen doesn’t quite fit. They seem to be looking for a CSE shell: https://www.cnbc.com/2018/01/24/us-cannabis-companies-look-to-canada-when-going-public.html   Mind you, BUZ.P could easily migrate to the CSE.

Good Point, though I do not think there are CPC on the CSE, are there??
Comment by Chutzpah on Mar 08, 2018 11:19am
geesh... they would do the reverse takeover then move to CSE as rge new company
Comment by kidl2 on Mar 08, 2018 11:25am
Correct, no CPC's on the CSE which brings me back to the possibility of an RTO of a VSE company and then a migration to the CSE.

MedMen already has some (potential) ties to a Canadian CSE listed company.   “Recently Canada-based Captor Capital (CSE:CPTR) (OTC:NWURF) signed a Letter-of-Intent with the company to acquire a three-percent stake for $30 million, upping their valuation to a cool $1 billion. Many outlets, such as The Green Market Report, are calling MedMen cannabis’ first “unicorn” company. “   More ...more
