HL's Greens CreekThe only reason I know about Greens Creek is because a friend used to work for Hecla and I remembered him telling me they were going to get their wish and would be buying out Rio's share of that mega-project, that was almost a year ago now. Hecla has been around for over 100 years and knows what they're doing acquiring something that expensive though in return it will do great things for HL bottom line in the future, especially after silver gets into the $20+ an oz range.. The only thing is that right now their share price is even lower than they could have imagined hanging around the $4 range. I remember $8 a share being mentioned in that Seeking Alpha article.
Should be an interesting upcoming week, I'm guessing....
