Bravo Gold Corp > WTF??

WTF??

This is so frustrating...!! The selling is relentless and volume isn't that light. We slide lower  as gold tracks higher & higher......Will we ever get some consistent upward momentum again??? It's very painful to hold as the selling continues in such a robust gold market. With the news of drilling commencing , a 43-101 report and a stream of results likely to be reported ov ther summer it's really hard for me to understand why the selling at this level? Anyone have any idea why other than sheer boredom, lack of news, dead money , lack of trust in management etc..

I believe you just answered your own question.

Well, looking around there are lots of explorers similar to BVG that are also languishing. The reason? I believe that we are still fighting the risk aversion that started in mid '08. Market participants simply don't want to pay up for speculative ounces/ orebody structures. This could change if POG goes parabolic and the super tide lifts all boats...Until BVG management clears the air  ...more

Venturecop, I agree with you! The situation now is similar to 2008 and pm juniors are high risk. I believe however, we are seeing gold acting much stronger than then and we may be ready to lift off to much higher levels. If we get the "super tide" you talk of we could see a gold rush that will take our breath away.  GLTA,rg

Good post-thanks. Agreed on all fronts. Some stinkers here are a must if you still believe in the resource potential and the air "clearing" finally asyou suggested. I got all excited a few weeks back when we ran up nto themid 30's on volume. I agree-time to  loo away for while unil I see  a news release.Cheers,Ash

you wonder sometimes if this is a gold stock or a paycheque for the guys that think they are running the show..one cannot complain a stock for going down on a bad stock day..the problem the past 6 months strocks and gold have done very well but this one just tanks...If management had or put more of there own skin in the game and price was 40 now a bad stock day down a few cents hurts a lot less ...more

Kerb, you gotta check the insider filings.  Management owns a boatload of this stock at much higher prices.  Take a closer look at your benchmarks too.  Most stocks comparable to BVG have *not* gone up over the past 6 months.  Hell, look at Kinross...it is down 1% over a year. It would be incompetent if they were to drill right now, you gotta wait until the season starts ...more

Loading up down here, just too cheap.  Makes me laugh a little.  Risk aversion, flight to liquidity on sovereign debt fears.  Investors are getting timid again about risk.  It would be different if it was in production, but its far away from that still.  IMO. Cheers

Lets agree to disagree onbradley...Doubt you could afford or would want my boatload...Under 30 or over for that matter...Its not about drilling today..of course they need to wait until the snow melts..Its about keeping the bid creating a market...but FWIW I was on bid at 25 for more today and did buy some at open for 26......I own very few stocks right now but BVg,FOS and VMS..Rest are ETF.s and ...more
