BWCG.v Webinar Replay Summary

Red Cloud Financial Services recently hosted a webinar featuring Blackwolf Copper and Gold  (ticker: BWCG.v or BWCGF for US investors), a mineral exploration and development company focused on precious and base metals projects in Alaska and British Columbia. The CEO and Director, Morgan Lekstrom, provided an update on the company's significant developments in the copper and gold space.

The webinar, led by Taylor Comier, a mining analyst at Red Cloud Securities, kicked off with an overview of Blackwolf's key projects, including the higher-grade properties in Alaska's Golden Triangle and the advanced exploration stage Niblack project on Prince of Wales Island in Southeast Alaska.

Lekstrom delved into the company's three pillars: strategic investors, leadership, and rocks. The strategic investor, Billionaire Frank Giustra, demonstrated ongoing support by recently reinvesting in Blackwolf, bringing his total stake to 13%. Lekstrom emphasized the significance of having a strong leadership team, including newly appointed director Andy Bing and third-generation geologist Rob McLoud, who brings invaluable local knowledge to the Golden Triangle.

Lekstrom then highlighted the company's main projects, starting with Niblack, a high-grade VMS deposit with compelling exploration potential. The project boasts an initial resource estimate comprising substantial amounts of copper, gold, zinc, and silver resources. Specifically, the Indicated Mineral Resource is  5.85 million tonnes at 0.94% Copper, 1.83 g/t Gold, 1.73% Zinc, and 29 g/t Silver and the Inferred Mineral Resource is 0.21 million tonnes at 0.93% Copper, 1.52 g/t Gold, 1.38% Zinc, and 18 g/t Silver

The focus of the webinar shifted to the Harry project, where recent drill results revealed significant gold intercepts, including visible gold. Lekstrom shared his enthusiasm for these results and emphasized the potential for a bulk-mineable system and hinted at the prospect of district-scale gold systems in the region.

As the webinar concluded, Lekstrom addressed questions from participants, emphasizing the company's strong financial position, institutional interest, and plans for future exploration programs.
