Two Projects both are Company maker'sFirst the Mazama....Drilled in the 70's when Gold was fixed at $35-40 per oz on the Gold Standard, the Gold found while Drilling the Mazama was nearly worthless. Baby out with the Bath water so as to speak.
Today, 2-4 gm / ton @ $1250 per oz suddenly changes the Economic's substancially.
Enter Mike Skopus, former Head of Exploration for the Lornex which then morphed into the Highland Valley Consortium. He brought production from 50 000 tpd to 80 000 tpd, while also defining another Couple Billion lbs and extending the Mine Life an additional 20+ yrs.
Highland Valley is just North of Mazama and part of the same Geological Trend.
Now re enter Mike Skopus some 40 yrs later, crawling all over the Mazama for another Company ( pre BXR ) while looking at the Quintana's Drilling Data from the 70's.
Mike's report, says 1 000 000 000 lb's and up to 4 000 000 000 lbs of Copper.
< BXR will twin the old holes in the next few Months so they can say in a 43-101 they have X XXX XXX XXX (bilions) of lbs Cu plus....Mike believes there maybe several Million ( +1 000 000 oz of Au )
I put the Company in touch with Mike ( more than an acquitance of mine less than a friend ) who I have known for more than 20 yrs. He saved my Net Work and I a small fortune by going back onto a property as the Company had De-Mob. the Rig. Enough said.
So Mike is looking for his box of Geo. Reports he did some 10 yrs ago as the World fell apart in the 2008/9 Melt down. He believes he identified Old Gold addits and workings as he reviewed the property.
BXR has spoken with him via my contact information. They are excited to say the least. They knew there was Gold there however could never find a Report saying as much.
You can believe, the pre paid ( 3 yrs back ) Drilling of 6 holes will be assayed for Copper, Gold, and Moly. Mike told me there is millions of lbs of Moly there as well.
Mike wants to be on sight, when the Drills turn. After all he proved up several 1 000 000 000 (Billion) lbs of Copper at the Highland Valley Mine 40 yrs ago. This might be his last biggest find.
