For what it's worth

This will sound trite, but me thinks smart money has been buying prompted by the the big S L I D E!

At some point, this company will sell to a developer at 2-4 times the current pricing. The sooner the better when you remove the ego and "lifestyle support" from the CEO's thinking. 

Perhaps Victoria being so close to home will spur, a corporate action. Tara, there is more to life than...

Buying BYN may be a great way for all the Victoria bagholders to get out of "Dry Gulch!" That is no longer dry! Maybe you sail over to buy BYN...
