Not sure about the .60's given it may in fact fall to .10 by the end of the month should any of the water testing turn up in well water sample test and tests further down stream.... As to Banyan turns out the ugly financing was well timed.  They may ease some of the planned capital spend until the picture becomes more clear.  They definately will have to look at the feasibity of CIL
