("KWC.H") BULLETIN TYPE: Resume Trading, Reverse Takeover-Announced BULLETIN DATE: May 31, 2016 TSX Venture NEX Company Effective at the opening of business on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, trading in the Company's shares will resume. Further to the Company's news releases dated April 29, 2016 and May 27, 2016, regarding the proposed reverse take-over of the Company by Leni Gas Cuba Limited (the "Reverse Takeover"), TSX Venture Exchange has received the required documentation to resume trading. This resumption does not constitute final acceptance of the Reverse Takeover and should not be construed as an assurance of the merits of the transaction or the likelihood of completion. Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions including (but not limited to) Exchange's final acceptance and shareholder approval. There is a risk that the transaction will not be accepted or that the terms of the transaction may change substantially prior to acceptance. SHOULD THIS OCCUR, A TRADING HALT MAY BE RE-IMPOSED.
