RE: RE: WHY???????l you haveAll that is needed is to look at how they trade their own company. I think they must be friends of Damien Reynolds, if you look at the pattern.
Find me a junior where a CEO and his management team own a lot of shares and don't trade them on a regular basis, and I'll put my money in that one any day over this one.
Sometimes these guys on the VSE just don't get it. Pay your self a decent management fee and hold on to your shares until you hit some substantial milestone in your exploration or until you have a real story to tell, backed by some strong numbers and a clearly marketable resource. Anyone who understands the importance of showing the retail shareholder that they will benefit alongside the management team has understood what is necessary to build a strong and loyal shareholder base that will not question the managements resolve with regards to building real value.
There are a few good ones who understand, and those are the ones you need to look for.
I initially took a small position in this one as I continued my dd, and got out once I noticed what these guys were doing to make their money. It only lasts as long as you can continue to find fish. Typical VSE habits............and we need not wonder why the VSE-venture has a questionable reputation around the world.
These guys are not building a company. They are creating a base for their personal wealth building with but little value to the shareholders.
Look for company builders, as opposed to those who are only building "marketing companies."
Of course, this is just my most humble opinion.
