The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Canasia Industries Corp.'s proposal to issue up to 800,000 bonus shares at a deemed value of five cents per share in consideration of a loan facility from four lenders in the amount of up to $200,000. The loan facility bears interest at a rate of 6 per cent per year.
