ATAC has a BUY rating at Barrons

Interesting comments on the ATAC floor SP:

$VGCX TO offer C$0.12 to $ATC not worth spending much time on it apart from: Proven #gold Reserves at Tiger & Osiris: 2.2Moz x USD25/oz = USD55mn ./. 221.5mn shares = USD0.25/sh without even taken into account the recently bought high-grade #silver deposit Connaught (4,410g/t Ag) and Catch - $ABX paid 50 cents in 2017 for 16,684,800 shares. Fair value might be now C$.30 - though as Barrick I'd JV for the dwindling reserves and a commodity bull market ahead driven by inflation and well-known supply/demand issues.

C$.30 cents as a starter and not difficult to calculate.

ATAC hasn't had a $ .40 daily close in 3 1/2 years. What has changed for it to happen now? And where are all the bids from interested majors?

We're talking about buyouts and takeovers. They happen when they happen. It's not incremental. A major doesn’t talk about it in the press before it happens.    Investors have to make up their own mind about the value of ATAC to a major. Good place to start is ATAC’s Osiris Deposit, 0.73 Moz (million ounces) Indicated at 4.12 g/t Au and 1.04 Moz Inferred at 3.47 g/t Au). ...more

The abysmal sp may also take into consideration the fact that they have absolutely no relationship of note with the indigenous population, hence, the reason they can't get to first base with permitting. ATAC is nothing more than a project generator.
