Few things:
1) $5.5m pro forma ebitda (which I assume you pulled from the PR), does not include Q3 results for CANS (not reported yet), so the $5.5m is conservative
2) Of the acquisitions so far,albeit smaller in size, they've managed to organically double topline wtihin 6 months so if you're expectation is 15% growth in NTM, I think thats extremely conservative.
3) based on teh metrics provided, this is an immediatly accretive deal - pre synergies or growth, should be viewed positivly
4) based on management comment and actions, this is a growth story, meaning ebitda margins will bounce around as they continue to add plants, not sure looking at an ebitda multiple (vs. say revenue) is approproate to begin with.
