Hi and thoughts welcome

I've been an invester for awhile here but very small position that has been slowly accumulated. Underwater but not enough to scare me even if I lost it all. That said...

I'm hopeful based on the latest financing deal (valuing CANS at roughly $0.61/share CAD), the May report, but especially an email exchange I had with Elijah at Investor Relations.

Seems like there will be timely debt payments, Q2 achieving breakeven cash flow, upgrades to the Las Vegas and Baltimore facilties, then lastly restarting the Colorado location.

What are your thoughts? And what's a typical timeline for a lawsuit of this nature?
