still scraping out an existance until the royalty rates can be revised.
Interesting to note that the royalty rates are paid on the "Limit price" which is the maximum Cub can sell their gas for. However they may receive less based on what end customers are willing to pay and that the intermediate takes about 10% off the top. So in reality, Cub is paying a mch higher rate of roylaty as a percentage of the price they receive. Also Russia is selling gas lower again in the latest negotiated contract with Ukraine (this price is well below the Limit price).
Lots of gas here but they sure make it hard to keep production up or even thinnk about expanding it. But maybe that is what they are after,
