Latest cease fire hodlingthey say is it the quietest it has been since the start ....amazing what happens when you replace the local thugs with Russian appointments.......looks like this one is coming to a close with a frozen conflict intact. ..

still not sure where the share price ends up even if the tax rate changes are made. Can only be higher though unless they need to recapitalize. .
