RE:Nozzpack was far in the left field!You forget the $4 million US in topside production equipment and the $8.9 million in 2P reserves.
These have now been exchanged for the extirpation of our liabilities.

That is perhaps a reasonable exchange in this zeigest of extended war.

We are free of Ukraine with our cash and the Ukraine  risk is subsumed by others who can be patient with longer term  plans.

So , the best of a constrained deal..
