I agree there is definitely some uncertainty, in particular regarding the terms of the financing, but my post was referring to the bashing by tigersea.

If we knew everything about the company there would be no point speculating. The money is made by making an educated guess about what management would do. As you say yourself, you don't expect the terms to be bad for the company, which makes a lot of sense because insiders own a quarter of the company. Once you fold in this kind of information it is clear (at least to me) that the overall picture is very positive and that the risk/reward ratio is heavily weighted towards reward.

So some caution may be warranted (don't bet your house on this), but it's one of the best deals out there!
