They got ca. 500 mio $ as credit, so why not arranging more credit.
Because rasing equity was a requirment in order to get the credit.

They never said that they will dilute the shares so massively
The company has been very open that they needed to raise $160million via a financing. So even the most optimistic investor had to figure for at least another 110 million shares.

Sorry to ask, but have you been payng attention at all?
