RE: RE: RE: My opinion

RE: RE: RE: My opinion

For what little my two cents is worth.

There are two views here. I can see both sides of the coin and I think even the companies last release realized that they can see the other view also. They addressed it to a degree. I will still wait to read the circular that will be sent out as I am sure it will illuminate aspects.

As of now I am leaning towards MK for one seat. I have never been a fan of the big stock option plans at or in the money. Performance options well above todays prices to give them some incentive to move it along. Within reason. Yes you want to attract great talent but I personally wouldn't issue that many stock options from treasury. It looks like you lower the up front cost of hiring but you actually punish the equity investor. If a million options at 1.00 go in the money for 20 cents. The cost on paper is 200,000 dollars. Yet to relize the 200 k in profit we need to have 1.2 million in new buying come into the stock. This is dilution. I am not a fan. The addiitonal 1.2 million in selling could knock the price down. If the stock falls 1 cent due to option cashing in our case with 350 million shares OS that costs us collectively 3.5 million in market cap.

Not managements problem thats mine.

If management is truly into it then at these prices I would expect to see them making more purchases in the open market straight up. I own some premier gold the CEO buys stock all the time. That speaks real loud. I am listening but actions sometimes speak louder then words. If the remuneration numbers we have paid are what I seen in the letter then i would have expected too see a little reinvestment.

I think in the big picture we are going to have to leave penny stock status. This will take some doing as that is a big step. Corporate culture, past, present and future.
