Checkout Note 6 to the Baja 2011 Balance Sheet as of September 30, 2012. You will see that their balance sheet assets (Mineral Properties) reflects the capitalisation of Boleo Project "Deferred Development Costs". On the balance sheet, Mineral Properties went from US $193,767,000 on Dec. 31, 2010 to US $431,617,000 on Sept. 30, 2011.
