In the mail today from Baja

In the mail today from Baja

The company has not lost its focus during the proxy contest. This morning I received: (a)   A coverning letter form Baja dated April 12, 2012. No, that is not a typo. That is characteristic of a company looking to the future.

(b)   Consolidated Financial Statement December, 31, 2011.  54 pages. Already filed on SEDAR and their website.

(c)   Management's Discussion and Analysis Year Ended December 31, 2011 and current as of March 30, 2012. 32 pages. Already filed on SEDAR and their website.

The 2010 Annual Report was published on May 3, 2011. 83 pages with the majority of pages constituting the year-end financials and the Management's D&A.

The next documents due from Baja will be the 2012 Management Information Circular and the 2011 Annual Report.  Last year the 2011 Management Informational Circular was published on April 18 which was 37 days prior to the 2011 Annual Meeting on May 25, 2011.

I expect to see the 2012 Management Information Circular for the 2012 AGM, to be published on or about May 15, 2012. That would be 27 days prior to the 2012 Annual Meeting on June 21.
