Baja has made it's liabilites known to the public, and that's why the SP dropped so much, what we don't know is their potential assets, the mine plan, the revised NPV, the details of the updated SRK. LDCMS knows the good and the bad, and chose to settle their disputes with Baja so they could continue to hold stake in their project. They know something we don't. You can't just look at the black and white when something like this happens, you gotta' read between the lines, and see what is implied by such a move by LDCMS.
Increased my position substantially this morning, can't pass this chance up. Very excited about February.News on the delisting verdict coming, and possibly news on the progress of the mechanical completion of the copper circuit. If both of those things come back positive, there is huge upside.
