Thanks jethroI appreciate your choice to share with the forum. I believe everyone is correct in there asessment regarding the debt. Baja holds no debt. Boleo MMB holds the debt. Baja holds an equity stake in boleo MMB only. That equity within boleo also holds the debt so the debt is not officially on Baja's balance sheet. So yes Baja is debt free. Boleo is not however and the asset clearly is worth more at this stage then all the debt against it. A new standstill should clear up the debt to percentage issue. Since the debt is project financing it would be 70% of the project secures 70% of the loan. if it were the other way and 70% of the debt was against Baja's 10% equity the bank would be offside large.
