RE:RE:permit violationsYou gotta' search for "El Boleo" not Baja, and you'll get some results. But very brief and sporadic articles, and they're all in Spanish, local stuff. This is obviously not making ripples outside of the immediate area. Here's one I found, followed by the Google translate Spanish>English.
What I get out of it is local authorities have halted Civil works because of some permit violations, which are still being debated in the superior court. Baja is willing to comply should the court hand down that decision, but as of yet that has not happened. The local authorities are taking matters into their own hands, without court sanction.
You may read that differently, so interpret it as you may (Google translate is not exact as we all know).
