RE:RE:RE:KORES refinances Boleo mining project in Mexico

RE:RE:RE:KORES refinances Boleo mining project in MexicoSo, that was January 14 of this year- so 2 months ago they were already getting their financing in order, and stating that they are making every effort to be 'profiting from this mine in 2014'. In order to make that statement they must have been on target for construction completion and commissioning. So, there was a rosy picture 2 months ago- we haven't heard anything since so I assume everything is still status-quo. Expecting commissioning to start any day now, waiting for that SP bump.
One thing I get from this article is that the Koreans are resource-hungry! And they are puttinga  lot of faith in KORES to provide the country with what it needs. Kores and the country of Korea need this mine. It will be completed, it will come online, and Baja will own 10% stake in a producing mine.
Also, did anyone notice in the second article posted by duval that it listed the 6 strategic metals that Korea is trying to secure supply? Copper was one, but Manganese was another- hoping this means that the new mine plan for Boleo will include manganese production. That should significantly raise the NPV.
