RE:new march photos up on MMB siteCompare the overall pictures of the site in March vs. February- very subtle differences. The thickener in the top left of the screen is painted in March, it was not in Feb. There's a stockpile of something at the top of the screen in March, that was not there in Feb. So, they've been receiving deliveries via the port. And, just a more cosmetic site overall- there's hardly any mobile equipment there, almsot all heavy equipment has been demobilized, there's nothing in the laydown areas any more (you'll see in february there's stuff on the ground right next to the thickeners, it's been installed and there's nothing on the ground there now). The absence of construction equipment and materials is a tell tale sign that this site is almost ready for commissioning.
