RE:Buyout makes senseI know, however, it's up to shareholders- unfortunately that's what happens when you become a public company and offer so many shares for sale. In exchange for the capital raising you give control to the shareholders. We as shareholders own the majority of BAJ, and if the majority wants a buyout at 10 cents, then KORES is laughing.
