RE:RE:RE:RE:Standstill agreement????????

RE:RE:RE:RE:Standstill agreement????????I'm sure they were in a rush to get this thing certified, but that doesn't mean the court will be in a rush to decide the outcome. SNC-Lavalin precedent: A class action lawsuit was CERTIFIED against them by shareholders almost 2 years ago, on EXACTLY the same grounds as the one against BAJ. According to p. 24 of their most recent financial results (see link below), there is still no resolution on this case. If the BAJ one takes this long, "attorney8" is right- Boleo mine will be long complete, well into operatiosn, and BAJ will have sustainable cashflow to pay for the proceedings and lawsuit. Oh yes, and the lawsuit against SNC was in the order of $1 Billion- equal to more than their cash and cash equivalents at the time. So, essentially, a decision in favor of the plaintiff would have bankrupted SNC. The share price dropped immediately, but has since returned to its former glory, and they've been able to dispose of many of their assets (a stake in AltaLink for example). So, I wouldn't say people have stayed away from them with a 10 foot pole, nor has the share price languished in expectation of the lawsuit outcome. After a couple months, people forget, no one cares. As soon as BAJ demonstrates cashflow and profitability we will make money before the verdict is ever in. I intend to sell before that happens- say around 10 cents per share?...
