Circular items and reflectionI looked at the Circular quickly last night.... remembered seeing possible rollback of our shares, monthly consultation fees separated of course from "salary", voting on future compensation plan, discussion of possible future funding activities, name change....
Funny I did not see anything to get me excited about in terms of Cinto Colorado or retention of % of ownership, more details on the upcoming revised MMB Shareholder Agreement etc. Nothing that truly speaks towards shareholder....that's shareholder value. Too bad the Circular had to come out before we know where this company is truly heading.
